Forthcoming: CHERISHED: 21 WRITERS ON ANIMALS THEY'VE LOVED AND LOST

I received confirmation from Barbara Abercrombie that my essay about my cat, Kiki, will be part of the collection, "CHERISHED: 21 WRITERS ON ANIMALS THEY'VE LOVED AND LOST (New World Library, approx. April 2011). I'm thrilled to be in a book that'll include Anne Lamott and Jane Smiley and the other fine writers.
