More pictures of Cambria, California

Here are pictures taken at Cambria, California.

The first few pictures show Moonstone Grill Restaurant, where we had Sunday champagne brunch. We love their Egg Benedict and Hangtown Fries Omelette It was particular warm last Sunday so the patio, with a marvelous view of the ocean, was perfect.

This gallery is right next door to Moonstone Grill.

On our drive north toward Piedras Blancas, we saw some zebra on the grounds of Hearst Castle.  Note there is a baby zebra with his/her mother, second and third from the left.

The elephant seal reserve had quite a number of tourists. The volunteers who watch the reserve had a small table with information and souvenir items.  And the elephant seals were there, not too many of them; most of them are away hunting for food because they need to fatten up for the winter months. Here are pictures of those that remained. I assume these are able to feed off the nearby ocean.

Have a great week!  Here's an Irish blessing for you and your families:

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
